Turn around time:

Items not listed as RTS are made to order . This means your order is completely customized for you at the time your order is placed! Please understand these items are handmade and turn around time is dependent on product availability and weather constraints. 

Our current turn around time is 10-14 business days.

 

Refund policy: 

Refunds are not accepted. If something is wrong with your order please reach out and we will work together to determine a resolution!
